Juan Romero's Funeral

Grandpa and Grandma had set up all the funeral arrangements years ago, they paid it in full with their money for years but had trusted their daughter as the purchaser. Come to find out yesterday when I went to make the arrangements she CASHED OUT on Gramp's funeral and stole his dying wish. Now nothing is paid for and we all have to come up with $9,500 minus the 1600 donated by my cousin for all the arrangements by 5pm Saturday. I have had some family members offer to help but it still doesn't add up. I will be charging 2000 towards it as well but can't do anymore cause i have my son's heart surgery coming up. While being there another of his daughters decided to come and confront me saying I have a insurance policy on him. I wish I did because I would of used it to replace what his daughter stole. Because of his age and diagnosis, there was no way an insurance would of accepted him when I took over. If I had known we would have prepared for this. If anyone is willing to help I can meet or pick up the money and I will be documenting everything that is donated. I don't understand how she did this because the contract for the funeral arrangements was irrevokable and she still revoked it and cashed out.
