Help Logan attend ASD School

Donation protected
My name is Pamela and I am the mother of 4 beautiful children. When Logan was 4 he was diagnosed with Autism, Sensory Processing Disorder, and Eosnophillic Esophagittis . All of these things make his daily life difficult. He is such a sweet boy, he is so caring and loving. He loves Minecraft, and his Emotional Support Kitty Luna.
Within the last 2 years we have been having a difficult time with the public school system in our area. Logan receives some services but its not enough. He is in a mainstream classroom an gets teased daily. He has trouble eating and the school wont help, he spilled food all over himself when he couldnt open a container and they wouldnt help, he had trouble using the restroom and the school wouldnt help. His grades are falling, even his math teacher said he needed more help and still at a recent IEP meeting they wouldnt give him what he needs. He sometimes has sensory problems and they are unsympathetic to him.
So when recently a woman suggested a school near me called The Bridge of Georgia we went to check it out. The average class is 8-10, music therapy, ABA therapy, Sensory Therapy, they even have a hair salon they work at the pace of the student and help fill in holes in their education. My son immediately connected with the children, who are of all different abilities.
The problem is that the tuition for the school is more than we expected. Because Logan already receives services through the public school he can receive a scholarship based on his service amount which is $4554. which leaves us short. The school said we can do a payment plan of $274 a month for 10 months to pay the balance but we simply cant afford it.
So I came home in tears feeling like a failure. My husband works a full time job and goes to school full time, this fall I too am going back to college full time (actually my college is right behind the school for Logan, so if he needs me I can be right there). I am so very frustrated with the lack of care for special needs children, the wait lists are too long and there isnt enough help and when there is we cant afford it. Please if you can find it in your heart to help my son, I would forever be grateful. My children are my world and I know after meeting with this wonderful school that they will be the best fit for my son.
