Widowed mother of two needs help

A widowed mother, Jenn Archibald, of two needs your help. My name is Jim Wilson, I'm writing this for my daughter and my two grandchildren. Due to the way life sometimes goes my three angels are in a position that they are unable to get out of themselves.

My daughter has had some major health issues most of her life. Diagnosed at only eleven as a brittle diabetic, she has fought each and every day to keep it under control. Even with the best doctors she is now totally blind in one eye and the other is almost at the same point. Over the summer she had a major infection in her foot, anyone that knows about diabetes knows this could cause issues. Unfortunately, it did for Jenn, she spent most of this past summer in the hospital.  The doctors were almost at the point of amputating her foot. Luckily, they were able to save it. After being released she went home and was on the mend, her life started to go back to somewhat normal.

On December 6th, Jenn took a turn for the worst. She was at home with her children when the eldest heard a bang. Kyle went to check and found that Jenn had blacked out. Jenn’s sugar was high, Kyle tried to bring it down and stayed with her. She then passed out again and the kids couldn’t wake her. They both were petrified that they were going to lose their mom like they lost their dad. You see, the kid’s dad, Chris Archibald, died when they were only 11 and 13 years old. They called 911 and Jenn once again was fighting for her life. She coded on the way to the hospital and was on life support for 2 days. By the grace of God, Jenn came out of it, but not without more health issues. She spent weeks in the hospital recuperating from this ordeal. Jenn is now currently in rehab learning how to walk and use her hands again.

Now that you know the back story we can move on to the next unbelievable bad luck for our family. While Jenn was in the hospital fighting for her life the kids were with their grandmother. Their home lost power and somehow the furnace didn't turn back on. With no one living there it went unnoticed, until her pipes burst and water was pouring out of her garage, a neighbor noticed and informed us. We went down to inspect the damage. It brought tears to our eyes, how could we inform Jenn and her kids that their home was pretty much a total loss. The ceilings had fallen and the wood floors were completely destroyed, all the sheet rock needs to be taken down, the pipes need to be replaced, and the whole inside needs to be redone. With Jenn, still in rehab and the kids living with their grandmother we would like to fix their home. Unfortunately, Jenn being a widowed single mother she could not afford house insurance. Please help us fix up their home.

This family has been through some really hard times and could use your support. It's time for them to catch a break.
