WELCOME TO YES WE CAN WORLD FOUNDATION AND THE YES WE CAN MOBILE SCHOOLS BUS!
The 1st Bilingual educational program for migrant children at the US - Mexico Border.
This Giving Tuesday we thank you and ask for your support.
This Giving Tuesday we ask that you helps us continue the work we are doing and help us expand throughout the border in 2020.
It costs $150 per student per month to sustain our program and we can only continue with your support. Please consider making a donation to sponsor a kids learning "spot" in our program.
A donation of $300 supports 2 students.
A donation of $1000 supports 6 students and $100 goes towards a playground.
Yes We Can World Foundation is a 501c3 nonprofit organization. Any donations above $250 are tax deductible.

What is the next city we are going to and why?
Ciudad Juarez is the next destination for a Yes We Can Mobile School. The city is located directly across from El Paso Texas and has been a border town for as long as it has existed. As tensions grow larger on both sides of the border migrants and children find themselves lost in the system waiting to seek asylum. New laws by the US Government now require migrants to wait out their asylum cases in Mexico which is currently creating a high influx of migrants who find themselves in limbo waiting in shelters for weeks and months before their case is heard by the US Government.
During those long periods of time migrant children do not have access to education due to their lack of legal status. Even citizens from Mexico who have traveled to border towns to seek asylum have trouble enrolling their children in school.
What is the Yes We Can Mobile Schools Bus?
The Yes We Can Mobile Schools Bus is the first fully bilingual school for migrant children and was created by the organization: Yes We Can World Foundation. Our mission is to provide quality education for children regardless of their location, legal status, or economic background. Every child is welcomed on board the Yes We Can Mobile School Bus with no questions asked and no limitations to their learning.
We created the Yes We Can Mobile Schools Bus because it is a mobile classroom that allows us to provide ACCESS to education for migrant children in transit. We are able to bring the classroom to the children in and provide a school program for them. Creating a second bus that can travel to Juarez will allow us to reach the children in that area who are currently unable to attend school.
Kids engage in classroom activities aboard the Yes We Can Mobile School Bus in Tijuana, Mexico.
How will we do this?
We already covered one school that is currently in Tijuana, with your support we will do it again. We will purchase a coach bus, remove all of the parts we don't need, purchase all new building materials, get a build crew on board, purchase all of the desks, chairs, all school related furniture, RV air conditioner units, additional tents for teen classes, tables, chairs, and everything we need to successfully run our program.
How long will it take?
30 Days!
With your help we will transform a coach bus into a Yes We Can Mobile School Bus in 1 month! Yes just 30 days! That is how committed we are and have a team that is ready to go as soon as we raise the money to make it happen.
