Yvonne's emergency fund

For those who don't know me, I am 55 years old and have been dealing with a rare terminal disease called Vascular Ehlers Danlos, as well as several other afflictions. There is no treatment or cure other than pain management, and braces for my joints.

I need to move from my current location and would like to return to my home state of Michigan to be near my daughters and granddaughter, to make memories with them while I am able. I am waiting to see if I receive SSDI, but until then I am only able to work 12 hours per week and am unable to save any  money for travel expenses or first month's rent/deposit on a home.

My situation is urgent as my disease is unpredictable.  I was a published author, a singer/songwriter, a victim's advocate, a parole officer, and a few other things. Now, I feel defined by my disease as I can no longer do many of the things I enjoyed. I cannot tell you in words on the internet how much I appreciate anyone's donation, and I don't care what the amount is. I know money is tight for everyone who isn't a 1%er, so please know how grateful I am for your help. Thank you, thank you, thank you all.
