Yvette's Lung Surgery

Hey everyone! I'm starting this page for my mom, Yvette to help with her bills and medical expenses. She went to the doctor in November for a painful cough. After taking an x-ray the doctor discovered a spot on her left lung. She then went for a CT scan where the results came back abnormal. They recommended a biopsy. She had that procedure done in December and was diagnosed with Atypical Adenomatous Hyperplasia. After being diagnosed she was referred to a pulmonologist where he ordered a PET scan and determined that it was precancerous and needed to be surgically removed.  She will have her surgery on February 9. He expects her to remain in the hospital for 5-7 days with a 4-6 week home recovery time. This is going to cause a huge financial burden for her as she will not be able to work. She does not have short term disability through her job, and she does not have any sort of savings. This amount should cover her primary bills and also her medical bills.
