Help bring my boy home

I'm Sarah, mom to E. Since I found out I was pregnant with him, he's been my everything. Today, his father told me he was not bringing him home to me. He's keeping him there, breaking laws and the court order. In these circumstances, the police are not able to help as it is considered a civil matter and I have to bring him to court.

E is missing school and his friends and family related to this issue, and I need assistance to bring him home.
