Help Get Kathy Home!

Kathy was diagnosed with Stage 4 Ovarian cancer on August 13, 2016. She thought she had bronchitis and went to the urgent care center in Natick where her and her family lived. Within 48 hours, Kathy was told she had cancer. In the word's of Kathy's daughter, Stephanie, "she always knew her Mom was strong, but never noticed how strong she was until her diagnosis. She kept a smile on her face throughout the entire process. Everyone says that half the battle is mental, and I think this is 100% true. Her positivity is the only thing that has kept my dad, my brother and sister, and me going. She is our rock."

Over the past 2.5 years, we have seen Team Kathy Strong display strength like no other. Kathy is currently in North Carolina, and is planning on taking Angel Medflight home to Connecticut this weekend (3/10/2019). The cost of the flight is the amount of our goal + 8% (total percentage that GoFundMe takes). We ask for your generous donations to get Kathy home to Connecticut, where she will be surrounded by family and friends.
