Shelly’s recovery fund

On October 7, 2020 Shelly had major surgery to remove a 5 inch tumor from her left lung. After a nine hour surgery the tumor was removed as well as a very large portion of Shelly’s left lung. She spent several days in the ICU and currently remains hospitalized until she is stable enough to go home. She has a chest tube and needs oxygen when she is moving and sleeping. Shelly is working very hard already on her recovery and is impressing the medical staff with her work. Despite working hard, Shelly will be out of work until the unforeseeable future and will have piling medical bills.
