Derek Fortman and children

Derek was at work yesterday when he passed out due to the left side of his heart not properly working. Luckily for fast working co workers and EMS they were able to start CPR and brought him back 6 times. He is now at OSU on a vent and it has become an hour by hour wait and see. He recently became a single father of 5, one which is 11 months and a little boy who has special needs. We decide to start this page to help with all the medical expenses between Lima, being flown to OSU, and for everything they are doing there him, and to help with the kids. If you don't have the funds to donate please, please he can use all the prayers he can get. A child needs their father. Thank you!


Unfortunately, Derek passed this Sunday after giving it a good fight. Everything we receive will go towards the children and their needs. Thank you all for the prayers. Please keep them coming.
