Helping a Co-Worker in Need!
As a Texas-based company and with employees, customers, and offices in the affected areas I, Itzel Bencomo, HR Manager, in behalf of Fred Loya Insurance encourage all employees to help fellow co-workers with the relief efforts.
All funds collected will go to those employees most affected by Hurricane Harvey. We will purchase gift cards and distribure to those employees affected to assist with some of the expenses this unfortunate event brought to their homes.
Fred Loya’s most valuable asset is their “Human Capital, their EMPLOYEES” and that is why this unfortunate disaster hits home for many of us.
As the aftermath unravels the hardest is yet to come, our Houston and Southeast team members need us more than ever. Fellow coworkers have lost their homes, cars, and all personal belongings, in some cases. Areas have no power and now they are facing diseases carried by flood water, gas and food is scarce and despite all many are making their way back to work with the very minimal essentials.
Heart-breaking experiences, from employees with a new born trapped in their homes with no formula diapers to employees that have found the courage to go back to work with the little they had left.
Every little BIT counts it starts with you. This is the time to come TOGETHER and MAKE A DIFFERENCE!!!
