in the last 5 months my son Eric, my daughter Jasmine, and I have lost almost everything. We lost our place to live and then I was in a car accident and we lost our car. Our cats were stolen and given up for adoption without our permission. Jasmine is special needs so I made the hard decision of putting her in a group home because I couldn't make her be homeless with us any longer. Then about a month ago we got the devastating news that Eric has a rare form of cancer. Since we are homeless and there are no facilities near us that could safely take Eric he had to be released from the hospital an hour away from all his chemo appointments and his doctor's appointments. He had to quit his full-time job due to his cancer and the day I found out about the cancer I was a mess and needed to take the day off from work. my manager got really upset with me because I couldn't find anybody to replace me at work that night so the next day she called me and told me I was fired. I am now desperately looking for housing so I can bring him back home to take care of him and be closer to his appointments. In the meantime without a car is becoming quite difficult to get him to his appointments and with no money I also need gas to get him there and medical bills are piling up along with his very expensive medications that he's having to take. Since all this has happened I have sunk into a deep depression but now I need to focus on trying to get better and get Eric getting well again. Any help I could get would be greatly appreciated and I thank you for listening to my story and for helping out.
