Youth Media Arts aims to give every student opportunities to network, learn, and most importantly, grow as a creator. In collectivizing our members' talents, we provide them with a networking forum and photography competitions that offer them the ability to showcase their work. As an equal benefit, these competitions entail prizes and rewards for the winners!
Youth Media Arts is also incredibly proud to partner with professionals in the field to provide private webinars, portfolio reviews, and greater insight into the logistical and personal challenges in succeeding as a freelancer. To coincide with our online opportunities, we plan to have in-person photo walks and editing sessions to put artists' skills into fruition. We also have plans to expand our scope of partners to deliver a higher quality experience for our members.
In starting a movement with these ambitions, it could not have been possible without our outstanding team of student volunteers and our partners. All of our back-end work, such as website design and flyer assembly, is produced by students from around the world. And, our partners provide us with the resources and prizes for our events and projects. As well as acting as a source of support, the mission of Youth Media Arts is to inspire students to change their communities and the communities of others through action.
Every dollar raised will be spent on our events and on helping our global community grow. This includes overhead costs and operational costs such as software for our webinars and prizes! Through this initiative, we hope to unite students around the world to share their stories. Thank you for your support :)
