Youth Home Rehab Trades & Development Program

My name is Tamani (Tuh-Mah-Knee), and I'm the Founder of the Black Gold Nation. Black Gold Nation is a national organization looking to make the lives of Black people better in the communities where we are the majority. Attached TO the Black Gold Nation is our youth education and development program, "Tyehimba ".

 

TYEHIMBA'S PURPOSE IS TO raise a new kind of Afrikan-American child who understands that we, as a collective family, MUST "Stand As A Nation", which is what Tyehimba means. And to make that stand a reality, the Black community must intentionally be active in Transforming Our Youth to Empower, Heal, Improve, Mobilize & Build for Ascendancy.

 

Ascendancy means "The State of Governing, Controlling Influence or Dominating".

 

Black Gold Nation has been blessed with an AWESOME OPPORTUNITY  to rehab a home to use for our new youth headquarters. This project is not ONLY an opportunity to use a larger space per the program, but it ALSO ACCELERATES Tyehimba 's STEAM-T (Science, Technology, Engineering, The Arts, Math & the Trades [Plumbing, Carpentry, HVAC, Electrician] etc...) training program which wasn't due to start until AFTER this summer.
