<div>We have been displaced six times. The home where we built our lives is now dust and memory. Today, we live in a flimsy tent on the beach in Mawasy Khan Younes, exposed to the hot weather and and relentless rain. This is no place for a newborn. This is no place for any human.

<div>My heart shatters when I cannot provide the most basic things for them. Shortages of clean water and food are a daily torment. My new son, Hamed, needs diapers and clean clothes. My wife needs nutrition and safety to recover. My children need to feel just one day without the sound of bombs.
