<div>At Neighbourhood, our mission is simple but powerful: to provide young people—especially those at risk of being caught in the justice system—with the support, mentorship, and opportunities they need to build a brighter, more hopeful future.

We believe that with the right guidance, mentorship, and hands-on employment, these young people can break the cycle of disadvantage and start making a positive impact in their communities.

<div>Introducing 'Side by Side': A Path to Employment and Mentorship

<div>One of our most exciting initiatives is ‘Side by Side’. This project is designed to provide young people with meaningful work opportunities, offering them the chance to work alongside experienced mentors and gain valuable life skills through hands-on training.

<div>Our vision is to steer these young people away from the justice system by giving them practical employment and the guidance they need to thrive. Through ‘Side by Side’, the youth will engage in community-focused work, such as lawn care, while learning essential skills like responsibility, teamwork, and personal discipline.

<div>To get this initiative off the ground, we need your support.

<div>We are aiming to raise $75,400, which will go directly toward purchasing the necessary equipment to launch ‘Side by Side’. This includes:
