Young film maker's first film

My name is Essa, and I’m 17, I’m from Afghanistan and I’ve been in the UK since November 11th 2019, 1 year.

I have decided to make a movie about a young person who are feeling disappointed, discouraged and isolated. The reason I want to make this movie is that I would like to help young people who feel anxious and depressed and hopeless because I have been through some of this myself and I know how it feels when you feel depressed and anxious.

The film is going to be in a fictional style, but the story is based on my life experience….

I have already written the script and talked to a friend of mine who loves drama about acting in the film.

The money I raise through this fund-raising is going to pay for the costs of the film, for example:
- buying a camera (this will also help me make my next film too)
- paying some professionals to help me 
- buying costumes and props

I really think that a bit of my own experience that I truly and honesty share with other young people can help them in their own life, and I want to thank you for your support with this idea.
