We are raising funds for a small paid staff to ensure that this much-needed App course reaches the broadest global audience possible.

<div>Today most of us are getting love conditionally, which is unhealthy - emotionally, mentally, and physically. It's not by choice. It is the cultural prison we're all consigned to. The solution is to become self-sufficient with love, as we are with air, food, and water. That is what this App course is designed to help people with. Love themselves in an emotionally healthy way.

<div>The new science breaks our dependency on others, and the App course places meeting your love needs into the palm of your hands. Literally! It also gives you permission to love yourself like you already have with feeding yourself when you are hungry. No more having to search for people who will love us, although it will always be nice to be loved by others.

<div>The research of Joan Luby, Tiffany Field, Jean Watson, Eva Selhub, Barbara Fredrickson, Stefan Deutsch, and others, as well as on cancer survival rates, etc., have confirmed this theory. The responses of the American Psychological Association and the American Medical Association have given us the green light to bring this new science to our global community.

<div>We used to believe the Earth is flat; now, we'll have to let go of believing love equals romance - which is nothing more than an adrenaline-dopamine rush. There is something all humans agree on: life is not worth living without love. To be more precise - the nurturing, mother’s, unconditional love. Understanding this helps humans have healthy love, just like we need clean air/water and healthy food.

<div>Why have 6 universities opened the doors of their psychology departments to have their students help us test and do research with the App course? Because in mental health, as with all other health issues, prevention is key. Otherwise, our mental healthcare system will never be able to keep up with the growing demand.

<div>When we started development, we had one of the top mental health app researchers evaluate the proposed structure. Dr. Stawartz, then at London College, having tested over 2,000 Apps, explained the need for <strong>anchoring</strong>, acknowledged us for having it, and was enthusiastic about our novel additions of <strong>immersion</strong> and <strong>repetition</strong>. She pronounced our App as one of the top 2-3 designed to be effective.
