Scarborough Council have agreed to fund an independent investigation.<br />Having come this far, we can't just rely on goodwill from councils and their employees. We need at least £2,000 to fund our lawyer who can present our evidence in clear cut and non prejudiced terms. £20 per business on the Yorkshire Coast will go a long way towards this. The least we can hope for is a re-ballot. IF we get to re-ballot, any surplus (if agreed by businesses) would be used to fund a 'NO' ballot
