 Yoga saved my life, gave me back my life, and continually gives me life, every day. The studio believes yoga should be accessible to more people in our community. Your contribution will help someone. If yoga has changed your life, or the studio has ever inspired you, this is your time to help us give back together in a big way.

 Your money is an investment of change in a stranger's life. Those who will be awarded the free membership will be enrolled in the health + wellness empowerment program which awards each person one free month of yoga, sound healing, reiki + meditation at Yoga With Shawna (valued at $125). During this month period, they will be held acountable for their success and commitment to self care. They will set a goal, track their progress and reflect on their growth. They will also learn the value of self investment + financial budgeting. Upon completing their free month, they will be enrolled in a discounted payment plan for 4 months and taught how to budget weekly so they can continue to afford their investment in self care.

 Doing yoga:
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 <strong>1 Time a Week (The Baseline)</strong>: Perfect for physical maintenance and reliable stress relief. It stretches tight muscles, improves basic mobility, and helps lower cortisol levels to ground your mind after a hectic week.
</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
 <strong>2 Times a Week (The Habit Builder):</strong> Accelerates physical and mental well-being. You will notice increased strength, better daily energy, and improved mood. It also calms the nervous system, allowing you to quiet a racing mind for a deeper, more restorative sleep.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 <strong>3+ Times a Week (The Sweet Spot):</strong> Not only have you created a regular healthy routine, replacing bad habits + knowing how to be committed and resilience, this is the optimal routine for total body transformation and emotional resilience. This frequency boosts metabolism to support sustainable weight management. It serves as a powerful tool against chronic stress, noticeably elevating your mental health, confidence, pain management, physical fitness, general health and overall quality of life.
