YOGA for #BETTER #LIVES - With Laura Pintea

My name is Laura and I am on a mission! YOGA FOR BETTER LIVES.
I have a reason to get out of bed each day: to serve people through my passion for yoga; and through yoga to give them tools to build their resilience, reconnect with their bodies, live their lives with gratitude and be more present in the moment. My biggest reward is to see people leaving the class relaxed and smiling and watch their progress. I am teaching yoga for few years now and I know it is time to LEARN more so I can SHARE more.

As a child I was always bullied in school, by the sport teachers and my peers, for my low performance at mostly all the assignments. The guidance was barely existent and with years passing by, I grew up buying into the  belief that ‘’I am not good enough’’. And I know that so many of us live with this belief. With patience and commitment, through yoga, I ‘ve learnt to love my body, to love myself, got stronger and accepted my limitations too. 

Yoga is for everybody, literally EVERY BODY.  In each class I teach,  I try to create spaces and experiences where people KNOW that Yoga is for them. 

Will you help me to bring more value to people on and off the mat?

I am seeking to raise this  money by January 30, 2020. 
Every little bit helps!!! And it is greatly appreciated.  

I'm asking for financial assistance mostly because I need the help (tuition, travel, supplementing time out of work and covering the rent here in Ireland for the time I am away) and ultimately because I know that this training will make an astounding impact in the lives of my clients and students. 
Himalaya Yoga Valley Centre  is a renowned international leader in the field of yoga education and training. Training is next year , in Goa - India, for a full, intensive month. 

For a few years, I have been juggling around with a full time job and teaching yoga on the side, until this year when I decided to dedicate myself 100% to my yoga students and quit my job. For the past 5 years every saving and each holiday I had, was used to continue my training and learn more so I can bring more value to those that join me on the mat. And now it is time to take this yet another big step towards my education as a yoga teacher. Thank you for being part of this journey.
