After the phenomenal success of our 2017 and 2019 fundraising concerts, showcasing the amazing talents of young people, and raising mental health awareness, we have exciting news.
We are very proud to announce that we have launched our own support and education services for young people, utilising the skills, knowledge and experience of existing and new members of the Young Minds Matter team. Our new services, which are delivered under the banner YM3 (Young Minds Matter Mentoring), named by the teenage son of one of our founding trustees, include one-to-one and small group mentoring and our soon to be launched “ARKS” programme of social and emotional learning.
We are also pleased to announce that our next concert will be on Saturday 10th October 2020, at Warwick Hall, the same stunning venue that hosted our 2017 concert, and again featuring awesomely talented young performers, including some returning stars.
All will be revealed on our new website which is coming soon.
We are on a mission to ensure that young people have a safe, accessible and effective support network in their daily lives, and to provide additional support when needed. And we will be guided by young people in all that we do to ensure our services are appropriate for their needs.
We are now, more than ever, asking for your help to enable our team to deliver the support that many of our young people need. We want to ensure that our services are accessible to as many young people and their families as we can, including overcoming financial barriers that parents, carers, schools and other agencies might be facing. We have bold aspirations and we’d love you to join us on our journey.
