<div>Puppy Guardian is a rescue that saves dogs from the streets of China, the horrible meat market, and neglectful/abusive owners. Established in February by me (James) and my partner Shao. We have spent thousands saving these babies and building up the shelter. This is NO KILL shelter. We keep the pups until they find their forever home.
