Help a family for Christmas

Brenda is such a wonderful lady but has been going through some various serious medical issues, each one kind of making others even worse; fibromalgia, lupus, heart issues, diabetes, and a very large hernia they can't  do much for
Her husband was laid off in March and is just now getting back to work but they could really use some Christmas assistance this year but have missed deadlines for assistance 
I, through the generosity of many friends, have been working on gathering some larger size clothing for Brenda but the family could really benefit from additional donations  (3-5x shirts, larger stretcher rype pants, sz 11 shoe). However, having 2 teen daughters, the family could benefit from assistance for Christmas for their kids.
It's been a rough and tight year for us all so every little bit would be appreciated or at least sharing with family and friends
