We are not the type of people who like to ask for money, but under these circumstances, we don't really have a choice.
We moved into our house four and a half years ago, and immediately Cain went about fixing up the house because much of it was broken, and the landlord knew that and was happy to have him fixing it up. Cain fixed the sinks, the tubs, the doors that were missing, installed three ceiling fans, fixed wiring in the garage and the laundry room, rewired the circuit box, patched holes in the walls, and much more. We did all that out of our own pocket, the landlord never paid us for the parts.
On the 18th of this month she texted and said she had decided that since we fixed the house up so well, she wants to live here now. She told us we have 30 days, but since we paid last month's rent, we got an extra few days. Still, we must be out by the 30th of April.
With such short notice we simply do not have the money to pay First, Last, and/or Deposit on a new home. We're asking for help now, because we have nowhere else to turn. If we can't make up the money, we'll have no home on the 30th. Please, anything would help, we're desperate at this point, because we need a roof over our little ones heads. Honestly, that is our main concern, our kids are our lives. Cain and I appreciate anything that you can give.
