Yeager Family Hurricane Relief

One of my best friends, Brian Yeager, and his family were recently caught in Hurricane Harvey. They had anticipated some flooding but not to the degree in which it happened. They were separated for a few days but reunited. They lost everything, including a family pet. Their truck is completely flooded as well so they have no transportation. With no one able to work they have very limited funds.

Brian served with me in the United States Army for many years and was a proud Air Defense Artilleryman before returning to his native home of Houston. He has been married for three years and has two beautiful daughters. 


I know that their funds are limited but their spirits are high. I am starting this fund with the hopes of being able to remove some of the financial burden that they are feeling during this trying time. Their insurance claims will take months and rebuilding will be hard. If you can give a little it would go such a long way. I know that they would be forever grateful for any bit of help that they can get. I talk to them almost daily and know that they are doing their best, but a kind hand really makes it a bit more tolerable.

Being that they are with limited funds right now we are trying to raise the initial $2000 (which will help with food, shelter, and clothes for now) within a week. If we can raise more that would be great as they will eventually need a new vehicle (just a beater to start with) and replace much of what they lost before they insurance kicks in.
