Surgery for Jax!

This is Jax, he is an Australian Shepherd coming up on about 3 years old. About a year and a half ago he was running around at a dog park and a dog ran into him and hurt Jax's leg. Well I took him to the vet and the guy said nothing was wrong and that he would be fine. Well that was not the case. Over the next year or so his legs got progressively worse. So I took him to multiple vets to get different opinions on what was wrong. Jax has been diagnosed with medial patellar luxation. Which pretty much means his hind leg knee caps sits outside of the femoral groove when it's flexed. Jax can no longer jump, run (without falling), walk up or down stairs. There is four stages (a,b,c,d) he currently has D which is the worst it can get on his left leg and C on his right leg. He will need suregery to correct this issue so that he can be a healthy and happy dog again. But that does not come cheap. The surgery is $3000 and I am hoping to get as much help as I can.
