Jim's Cancer Fund

Jim, aka Jimmy aka Big Papa Jim Jim aka Dad aka Uncle Jimmy, was diagnosed with Anaplastic Carcinoma of the Thyroid late December 2017.

He is a loyal and loving Husband, Father, Son, Brother, Uncle and friend with an adventurous spirit and a youthful approach to all things in life.

He has been married for almost 34 years, has three children, is self-employed since 1991, loves science fiction and Disney/Pixar, fireworks (he puts on the best show every summer), traveling and is a devoted Jehovah’s Witness.

He underwent surgical resection of the cancer in late December 2017 and will begin 7 weeks of radiation and chemotherapy in January 2018.

100 percent of this fund is to offset medical expenses related to his treatment and recovery, as well as living expenses since he will undergo treatment over 200 miles away from home.

He and his family truly appreciate the time you have taken to read this and are beyond grateful for the incredible amount of support, well wishes, and prayers from family, friends, colleagues and his medical team.

He will not fight this battle alone- “the force is strong with this one.”
