Wish funds for Ryland

My name is Ryland Richard Huard, I am three weeks old. I was born Wednesday March 29, 2016, with my identical twin brother Hunter Michael. We were both born at 25 weeks, 15 weeks to early!  Hunter was born  weighing 1 pound and 3 ounces…….. He was the bigger one, of us! Hunter struggled for 36 hours, before he lost his fight. I weighing only 1pound, was born still with my caul. This means I was born, still in my water sac!! This only happens to one in 80,000 babies! I am told this will bring me good luck! At this time, we can only hope for luck!  Hunter is now at peace . No parent should ever have lost a child, before there time!  For me, I am here to fill my parents with hope and joy, as I grow stronger!

This is how my journey begins……………………

You see, there is this special lady in my life who I call Aunt Debbie. We have talked and we both see how my parents are struggling, and they need help! I will be here in this hospital until the end of July, until I am strong enough to leave. This means I need my Mommy and Daddy close to me at all times. Mommy is here all the time, so she can provide breast milk every two hours, and give my hand hugs! I know it is her, because I can feel the warmth from her hands. I can’t wait till I am bigger so we can feel each, others skin! My Daddy travels more than an hour each way see me and provide Mommy with support!  I know when he is there and I can hear his voice. My Mom is struggling at the hospital, and sad about Hunter especially when Dad isn’t around. So Dad has been leaving work, to be at the hospital with us.

Every day is going to be a struggle and have new challenges for me! Right now I am called a “microbaby”, but I have been nicknamed Rascal Ryland! I am a fighter….. I am trying my best to grow big and be strong! However, there are many costs involved in this journey ahead of me. Because, I was born so early……. My Mom has yet to qualify for Maternity leave. My Dad just started to go back to work and is now, having to leave all time, because I keep setting off alarms at the hospital. Wow! I get a lot of attention, when they go off!!!
I already have quit the personality, and everyone has fallen in love with me at the hospital. I hope that you will fall in love with me to....... and help my family, help me get better, so I can go home!
