We need new refrigerators!

The number of families in need of food in our community has outgrown the capacity of our aging refrigerators. Will you consider making a tax-deductible charitable donation to our non-profit?  Your compassionate donation will go towards the purchase of a new refrigeration system and will equip us to continue to help alleviate hunger and build a healthier community.

According to the U.S. Census Bureau, nearly 150,000 people in Alameda County live in poverty and more than 25% of them are children. Located in downtown Hayward, the food pantry at New Life Christian Church has distributed groceries to those in need in the East Bay for the past 14 years. Every week we serve nearly 100 families including the homeless, elderly and underserved.


Our faithful members donate their time to serve each week to organize and distribute healthy fresh food to our community.


Fresh produce and perishable packaged meals that need to be stored and refrigerated so that it is available to distribute to those in need in our community.

Our team provides food for the spirit as well as the body, by sharing the love of Jesus Christ through the gospel at every pantry distribution gathering.
