Yayra's Summer Reading Camp 2018

Reading skills are essential to pupils everywhere. As a student teacher in Denmark, I get disappointed every year when I go back home to Ghana on a volunteer trip and find the educational standards lower than low. Since 2017, I have been running a yearly educational camp for pupils between grades 1-9 in English (and this year, Maths). 

I am hoping I can count on my network (and yours) to raise money for stationaries, books and refreshments for a minimum of 200 pupils over a period of 4 weeks.

The plan is to hold two camps for two different groups of at least 200 pupils each in the months of July and August.
