<div>Heutiges Update (27. Juni 2026)
</div>

<div>Today I would like to give you a new update on the accident involving my niece Yasmin and her husband Marco: Yasmin is already speaking her first short sentences and is slowly beginning to walk with the support of someone by her side. You cannot imagine how incredibly wonderful this progress is. Therefore, I thank you all from the bottom of my heart for your support. Marco is also doing better, so he will already be able to fly home next week. With your help and good wishes, we have helped both of them find their way back to life. </div>
</div>
<div>Am 29.
</div>
</div>
</div>

<div><br />
</div>

<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
<div>Bitte spenden Sie.
</div>

</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
<div>Por favor, done.
</div>
</div>

</div>
<div><strong>Yasmin and Marco are fighting for their lives after a serious accident.</strong>
</div>
<div>What began as a shared journey of two passionate globetrotters turned into a nightmare within seconds.
</div>
<div>On March 29, 2026, Yasmin and Marco were critically injured in a serious traffic accident in Caazapá, Paraguay. While making a left turn, their vehicle was hit by a bus overtaking from behind. Since that moment, nothing has been the same. Both are severely injured, lying in intensive care, fighting for their lives day by day.
</div>
<div>Due to the severity of the accident, several local media outlets have reported on the incident.
</div>
<div>The injuries are severe. Their heads, internal organs, and vital functions have been affected. No one can currently say what their path back to life will look like.
</div>
<div>Yasmin, born and raised in Germany, is the mother of four adult children.
</div>
<div>In 2018, she founded her own school in Alicante, Spain, which she has been running ever since with great dedication, courage, and tireless commitment.
</div>
<div>She created a place where children can grow, learn, and thrive.
</div>
<div>The love story of Yasmin and Marco began many years ago in the hallways of a high school in Bonn. What started as playful teasing and affectionate jokes was the gentle beginning of a deep connection.
</div>
<div>Although life initially took them in different directions after graduation—Yasmin out into the wide world, Marco onto his ship—they never completely lost sight of each other. A chance reunion in Berlin reignited the spark, but it wasn’t until years later, after many individual paths and experiences, that “maybe” finally became a definite “yes,” and they got married in 2024.
</div>
<div>It was the moment they both knew: we belong together. Together, they left everything behind to begin a new chapter in Spain. It is precisely this unshakable foundation of trust and shared history that gives us certainty: their bond is strong enough to withstand any crisis. They will not let go of each other.
</div>
<div>Together, they dreamed of spending their retirement one day in Paraguay. That dream now feels very far away.
</div>
<div>Their lives have always been shaped by being there for others. Now, they themselves depend on help.
</div>
<div>In addition to acute medical care, numerous surgeries, further treatments, and a long rehabilitation lie ahead. Most urgently, a medically supervised repatriation to Alicante is needed so that both can continue treatment in a familiar environment.
</div>
<div>The costs incurred are enormous and impossible for the family to bear alone. At the same time, it is already clear that the financial burden will continue to rise significantly and will far exceed the resources currently available.
</div>
<div>In this difficult time, we sincerely ask for your support.
</div>
<div>This fundraising campaign was initiated by Yasmin’s aunt and her family in close coordination with Yasmin’s sons.
</div>
<div>Please donate now and help save their lives. Every donation helps make life-saving measures possible, brings hope, and gives Yasmin and Marco a real chance at recovery. Sharing this story can also play a crucial role in reaching more people.
</div>
<div>Please donate. For Yasmin. For Marco. For the hope that this nightmare can once again become a life filled with joy and hope.
</div>
<div>Thank you very much for your help, your compassion, and your support.
