After initially living in a tent in Deir al-Balah, they returned to the north to the rubble of their flattened home, trying to survive in tents around the ruins. But when the attacks intensified again, they were forced to flee once more. They now dwell in 

Zaytun town, where bombs continue to drop dangerously close. Since the move, Yahya has already lost more friends and family to the violence. 

Before the war, life was filled with hope and promise. Yahya was pursuing a bachelor's degree in IT, design, programming, and 3D modelling, and was just a year away from graduation when their lives were tragically disrupted. 
 
The family's plight is worsened by a severe scarcity of resources. Despite their resilience, they haven't received any aid for over two months, leaving them in a desperate struggle for survival.
