My Great Dane Needs Your Help!!!

Our Great Dane just had an ultra sound today, and he has a blockage in his intestines.
It requires an exploratory surgery to remove the foreign body and the fee is$5000.
We are beyond dog lovers and have devoted our lives to all of our dogs. However, this expense is beyond our means, but can't give up on him now. He is not even 2 years old and is normally full of life. He has dropped weight dramatically over the past few weeks. He started at 125 and today weighed in at 108. I beg every dog lover to please please help.
We don't have much more time as he pukes up anything he eats. No nutrition going in.
We promise to pay it forward to others in need, when we are able.
We have never reached out in this fashion as it's truly not our style, but we are so disturbed we don't know what else to do!
