Hello Friends,



I'm excited to introduce you to Mary Pop-Inns Pop-Ups, a nonprofit organization with a mission close to my heart: providing essentials and hope to those in need. But I can't do it alone—I need your help to turn this vision into reality.



Mary Pop-Inns Pop-Ups aims to be a lighthouse of hope and compassion. My goal is simple: to offer free essentials—food, clothing, shelter, showers, bathrooms, rest, conversation, and drink...etc—to anyone who needs them. No questions asked, no judgments made. I believe that everyone deserves dignity and respect, regardless of their circumstances.



Currently, I'm starting this initiative out of my personal SUV and pocket - I would like to upgrade into an RV. With an RV, I would be able to provide free overnight stays to those who don't have a home, along with assistance in finding a safe place to be the next day. I want to offer more than just temporary relief; I want to be a stepping stone towards a brighter future for those who are struggling.



The heart of my organization lies in my ability to travel from town to town, parking in random public places and reaching those who may otherwise fall through the cracks. With your support, I can turn this RV into a mobile haven, where I can cook fresh food, hand out essentials, and offer a warm welcome to anyone in need.



Why am I so passionate about this cause? Because I've lived through the struggles that so many face every day. I've experienced homelessness and hunger, and I refuse to stand idly by while our fellow human beings suffer. It's not right that people are getting arrested for not having a home with their personal belonging beings thrown in the trash, or that families are forced to choose between paying bills and putting food on the table.



But together, we can make a difference. Together, we can show compassion, offer support, and bring hope to those who need it most. Will you join me in this mission?



***EDIT: $777 is the new goal amount. This will help kickstart the Non-Profit. We will continue the goal to $6000 once we move over to Zeffy.*** A rough breakdown of the 6k funds is below but change over time***:

  • Food Supplies: $2500 - Covers the purchase of various food items, including grains, vegetables, fruits, proteins (meat, beans, tofu), and necessary ingredients, as well as bulk purchases from wholesalers and packaging materials.
  • Kitchen Equipment and Supplies: $1000 - Covers the acquisition of kitchen essentials such as cooking utensils, pots, pans, knives, cutting boards, and other tools, as well as the purchase of appliances like stoves, portable burners, grills, and coolers to facilitate food preparation and storage.
  • Transportation Costs: $1000 - Covers fuel expenses for operating the RV to transport food supplies to different locations, as well as maintenance and repair costs, including regular servicing and unforeseen repairs.
  • Miscellaneous RV Expenses: $1500 - Covers RV insurance, registration, and licensing fees, as well as costs associated with RV parking such as campground fees or overnight parking permits, and maintenance and upkeep expenses including cleaning supplies and minor repairs.


Every donation, no matter how small, will make a difference. Let's start with one RV and create a world where everyone has access to the essentials they need to thrive - because why are we paying for the basic needs to survive?
