Every Hero need’s a hero.
On May 11th my mom Lori took herself to the emergency room to have her foot checked out only to find out then, that she was diabetic and had to undergo an emergency surgery to amputate her foot. This horrible infection had spread so fast that the very next morning she had to have a 2nd surgery to clear out the infection , which then the doctors had to take more of her leg up to her shin.
It breaks my heart to be writing this seeing first hand how much pain she is in.
Because of her injuries physically and mentally, My mom will be out of work for quite some time needing time to heal from the tragic event on Saturday morning. Because of that, she is unable to work and the extensive expected medical bills from surgery and the ER, we have created this page to help alleviate some of the financial stress and burdens to be able to take some of the load off her plate to be able to recover without stress.
