Help for Jason

Hi! I know there is a lot of neccesity around us but I am opening this page due to needing help with my husband's health situation. He is in Georgia right now. Due to having sarcoidosis in his lungs kidneys and heart he is in and out of the hospital. He needs a machine for his heart (LVAD) in order to pump  blood all over his body. He is retaining a lot if fluid and his meds are maxed out. Can not get a higher dose because it can damage other organs. He is in constant pain, coughing a lot and out of breathm of the time. At this point he can not work according to the doctors and he doesn't have any money coming in for his personal stuff.(clothes, otc meds,etc) He is also having issues with transportation to his appointments and to  get his groceries. He needs to take Uber most of the time. I am currently in Puerto Rico with our 2 kids and can't help him the way I am suppose to.
