My name is Nicole I am raising money to help my brother bring his 2 year old son home. My brother doesn't know I am doing this (sorry Tony) but it has to be done. My brother lives in Hawaii on September 5 2017 my brother went home to find his son and wife gone his house a mess with most of their belongings gone. He went to the police to file a missing persons report telling them he was afraid his wife was leaving the country with his son and because the child was with his biological Mother they said he is not missing. After repeated calls to her and numerous lies from her on their whereabouts he finds out she did in fact leave the country and is residing in Greece with her mother. At the time my mom and brother went to Hawaii because of what had been going on they immediately contacted the local police which did nothing, contacted the FBI, US state department, and the center for missing and exploited children reporting the parental abduction. I am not able to go into detail about his wife and what is going on at this point due to the current investigation.
My brother is a good man anyone who knows him would tell you that! I cannot put a picture of my nephew on social media because my brother has a belief that children don't belong on the Internet or on social media which I respect. My brother has been the sole caregiver and financial provider for his son and has not seen his son since around August 23 which is killing him. He has been fighting in Hawaii's local Court along with fighting in Greece to get his son back. He is still working full-time at his job because he needs the money to do all of this and is not getting any sleep being the time difference in Greece, Hawaii and Maryland he is constantly on the phone. At this point his fight in Hawaii's local court has been by himself because we are unable to afford an attorney in both Hawaii and Greece. He had to retain a lawyer in Greece for what is called The Hague convention which is in process at this time. I am asking for any donations to help with the costs for lawyer fees travel fees etc. ( he will have to go to Greece for court). And if anyone has ever been through this that can give us some advice or any leads on attorneys in Hilo Hawaii that could help my brother please email me. Thank you all for your help!!!!
