<div>The ASIH (American Society of Ichthyologists and Herpetologists) is fundraising to support diversity initiatives as directed by the Committee on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB). This fundraising comes in the form of a competition between ASIH President (Emily Taylor) and ASIH President-Elect (Prosanta Chakrabarty). Both will try to outwalk each other in distance from January 1 until July 12, 2023 (the first day of JMIH 2023). You can follow along here:
