Stand by Kim Lescault

In July of 2017 Kim fell and broke her foot. Due to diabetes her foot struggled to heal and she had to have multiple surgeries. Kim has been through a lot! Most recently she developed a respiratory infection that has entered her blood, called sepsis. She is currently fighting for her life in the ICU at Saratoga Hospital. She has been on a ventilator for three days now, which is a medically induced coma that is keeping her asleep to fight the infection easier.  Her kidneys are also failing so now hemodialysis is necessary. Although we are uncertain what the next few days holds, we are optimistic that that she can fight through this! We are however worried that she will wake up fearful about how she is going to get by. Kim has spent her whole life caring for others and would never ask for help for anyone. Her friends and family would like to be able to put her at ease that her immediate bills are paid for so she can focus on her health.
