Help Fund a Short Film

I'm a student filmmaker. The goal of this project is to further my career in filmmaking. I am also planning to submit this film to festivals.

I'm making a short film centered on the heroin epidemic in the Dayton, Ohio area. The story revolves around a drug dealer, whose life is thrown in turmoil when two addicts rob him at gunpoint. It's not meant to expose the nature of drug abuse, and it's not meant to solve any problems. It's simply meant to be a down-to-earth story about human beings and their struggles.

We've raised over half our goal, now we're just looking for the last little bit to bring us over the top. Any money raised will go toward crew services, locations, equipment rentals, musical compositions, and other production-based work. It will also go toward paying cast and crew members.
