Mom's Medical Bills

As most of you know, our beloved mom was diagnosed with cancer (in her uterus) back in March 2016. She beat it, with the grace of God. But a new place of interest has caught doctors eye in a completely different part of her body. She is scheduled for surgery July 11th, the fastest they could get her in. The plan is to remove at least half of her thyroid, for precaution.
In the meantime, my sweet Yia Yia (my paternal grandmother over in Cyprus), has made it out of surgery from a broken hip. However, her caregiver has been fired (from obviously not giving her proper care), and she has been moved to a temporary nursing home for round the clock care, which costs a pretty penny.
Between sending money over to Greece, and paying for my moms medical expenses (both over the last year and more to come), on top of our mother being out of work part of the time, I know that my parents could use some help. My precious dad has worked his butt off doing his best to meet ends.
To be quite honest, they would be mortified, yet deeply humbled, if they knew that I was starting this page. But I know deep down in my heart that people care about them and that they could set aside their pride for a bit of help, even if they arent willing to admit that they could use it. However, out of respect, I ask that you don't mention it, in hopes that once we reach our goal, they can be presented with a surprise and a weight off their shoulders. And yes, any little bit helps.
I know this is late notice, but I am determined to reach (if not exceed) this goal by the end of July.
