Help my family move

Please help us move back home to get my little brother help! 

My family moved to Sweden 14 years ago from Germany because of my dads work. In the beginning everything was fine, we bought a house and me and my siblings went to great schools. But then the company my dad worked at went bankrupt and he didnt have any work anymore, he had to stay home to look after my little brother because he was suicidal and couldnt be left alone at the age of 12(he is 14 now).  So he couldnt get a new job. At the same time my mom struggled with heart disease, cancer and depression.
This situation led to debt and now we are losing our home and are getting kicked out 31/01/2018.

We decided that we wanted to move back to Germany so that my brother can get help and so that we are close to our family that can help us. But also because it is to expensive to stay in Sweden.
My little brother has ADD and is bipolar and right now he is not getting the help that is needed. Here in Sweden they just give him pills and dont give him any therapy which he would get in Germany. 

The problem is that we need money for moving so that we can bring our belongings with us!
