Help Save Missy

Missy is our 2 year old boxer who has been a very healthy dog until she decided to take up sewing. Missy started throwing up and after taking her to the vet and having x-rays done, we found that she had swallowed a sewing needle.  Missy had surgery to remove the needle. Missy is still in the hospital because her liver is now failing. Her liver has stopped letting her blood clot. . They are doing a plasma transfusion  to see if that will help get the blood to clot and try to get ahead of what is causing her liver to fail. Please help us try to save Missy. She is a very sweet member of the family. Thank you.
