This is my great grandson Ben, who is almost 2 years old. The first picture is from a few weeks ago posted by his mother, Chali. Chali is a single mother and a veteran of the United States Marines. Ben was recently in a terrible incident at his licensed day care provider. The incident resulted in Ben being taken by care flight from Banner hospital in Fallon to UC Davis for further care and treatment. Ben is now home safely and Chali is on FMLA leave, but will not have income while taking care of Ben while he heals. There is currently an ongoing investigation into the child care facility so not much more can be said aside from, Ben needs his mother at home with him through this healing process.
