Family In Need of Assistance for Legal Fees

Those of you who know him, know Jesse is an easy-going, caring guy who is always trying to help people whenever he can -- whether it is at his job as an Army Combat Medic or in his personal life. Jesse unfortunately faces a difficult legal situation and will need quite a large sum to fund his attorney and legal expert fees, which will likely reach six figures. The ongoing investigation has resulted in him being unable to re-enlist, forcing him to begin the process of separation from the military at the end of his contract. This also prevents him from continuing to serve his country until the case is resolved. 


Right now, Jesse cannot cover the total cost of his attorney and legal experts due to the complexity of the case. Jesse’s military salary barely covers expenses for him, his wife, and his toddler. Due to the complicated nature of this case, Jesse is now required to hire an attorney and expert witnesses (specialized professionals). He has already resorted to selling his home to help cover the legal fees. Unfortunately, the limited equity from the sale is not enough. Because of the financial strain, Jesse has had to rely on the ongoing kindness of friends near the base to assist with a place to live. Since he is unable to leave Colorado while he is still enlisted, his wife and young daughter were forced to leave Jesse behind to move across the country to stay with family on the east coast for financial and emotional support during this challenging time. 


We know that because of the pandemic, this has to be the worst time ever to ask people for financial help, but anything that you can give will go far and make a huge impact on expediting the investigation, saving Jesse’s career, and reuniting his proud military family.
