Sharon Wright's Cancer Fight

An account aimed at fundraising money to support Sharon Wright and her family. Mother of 5, Sharon has been battling osteosarcoma bone cancer since December 2013. Throughout the journey she has undergone many surgeries and procedures, including the amputation of her leg. After previously being diagnosed with the cancer in her lungs, further spots on her spine, kidneys and neck have come up. On Wednesday the 20th of January, 2016, Sharon was rushed to hospital in a terrible state with a collapsed lung, which was filling with fluid. The doctors performed a risky procedure to drain the fluid from Sharon's lungs to aid in her ability to breath. Within the 2 days, over 3L of fluid was drained. Since then, things haven't looked positive. Sharon has remained in hospital in a critical state, with her husband, Mathew and family by her side. The doctors have informed the family that unfortunatly the cancer has taken over her body and there is no more they can do, except try their hardest to keep Sharon as comfortable as possible. They can't say how much longer she'll be here for. It could be a few days, it could be a few weeks. Due to the circumstances and Sharon's state, Mathew is unable to continue working away. Therefore the family are lacking living expenses and the ability to pay bills and a mortgage. Funds raised would also be used to give Sharon a beautiful, well-deserved funeral service when the time comes. This would mean so much to the family and take off the added pressure and stress.
