Cremation and services

My beautiful loving mother has left us today 8/6/18. She was a loving wife and mother of 4 wonderful boys! Married for 33 years! This women say the back bone of our family and for that we appreciate and love her dearly! She deserves a lovely service! So she has clots that were reaching her lungs and no doctor could figure it out until a month ago. She had an ivc filter to deplete said clots which malfunctioned. During operation to remove the filter the clot reached her heart and sent her to heaven. Please please help me and my family in these troubling times! Anything helps.
