School Fund

My journey to Taylor has been an experience of faith and purpose. A couple years ago while attending a small community college in Nassau, Bahamas I would have never thought I would make it Taylor University. But through prayer, persistence and the aid of my family I was able to make it to school for the Fall of 2016 and Spring of 2017. While at Taylor I was able to finally follow through with the gifts that God has given me, in a way I did not believe possible for myslef. Now, with the unique circumstances of my age and also my financial status, I am need of assitance in order to pay the remainder of my balance at Taylor University. At the start of the summer I had come to terms that my time at this school was short, but it showed me that God has a purpose for my life......a purpose I had lost sight of. Now 27 days away from school beginning, my mother and I are working the hardest we can to find the rest of this money. My mother works as hard she can, but unfortuantely we do not have enough. We have tried the banks, only to be declined within minutes of applying. These struggles are disheartening, and I came to a point where I was ready to give up. But then a light shone through that darkness and we were able to get half of the orignal balance ($14,510) by some extra assistance from the Taylor University's Financial Aid Office. I want to come back to Taylor, and I want to do my best to fufill the purpose that God has given me. But, I need help. Anything would be greatly appreciated.
