♡ Heart Transplant & Recovery ♡

Hi everybody!!

I am raising awareness for young Australian's needing Heart Transplant.

My name is Gabrijela, and I have been living with Restrictive Cardiomyopathy, Arrhythmia and an AICD, since the age of 9 years old.

After constant AF and VF/T shocks at the end of last year, I was referred to A/Prof Kavitha M for Heart Transplant in the beginning of 2023.

I have been blessed to have received a new Heart on the 17/10/2023 and still recovering from the Transplant.

Any donation, big or small, would be greatly appreciated to help me, and other young Australian's, with the process and recovery from Heart Transplant.
